Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and baking soda.
- Gently fold in the Reese's Pieces.
- Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, form balls of cookie dough and place them on a lined baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can be refrigerated or frozen for longer storage. Reheat in microwave for a few seconds before serving.
