  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional) for a crispy topping
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and diced green onions. Stir until well blended.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Using a spoon, fill each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture.
  2. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the topped chicken if using.
  3. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your choice of sides.

Notes

Feel free to use different shredded cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
