- Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve with tortilla chips or bread.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freezes well for up to a month. Reheat gently and add a splash of milk if needed to restore creaminess.
