Preparation
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the Lucky Charms cereal, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Can be frozen for up to 2 months. Let sit at room temperature for easier cutting if needed.
