  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky) Based on preference
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 pieces eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Crack in the eggs and add the vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  4. Slowly sprinkle in the flour, baking powder, and salt, folding gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before lifting out and slicing into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. You can freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds before serving.
