Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Crack in the eggs and add the vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Slowly sprinkle in the flour, baking powder, and salt, folding gently until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before lifting out and slicing into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. You can freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds before serving.
