Preparation
- If using a store-bought graham cracker crust, ensure it is ready. If making your own, crush approximately 1 1/2 cups of graham crackers and mix with 1/4 cup of melted butter to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups of peanut butter, 1 cup of softened cream cheese, and 1 cup of powdered sugar. Using an electric mixer, blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the flavors meld together.
- Once chilled, drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top as a garnish. Slice and serve.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For long-term storage, you can freeze the pie tightly wrapped. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
