  • to taste Fresh herbs (such as thyme or rosemary) For garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Rinse the turkey thighs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season them generously with salt and pepper.
Make the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, honey, and minced garlic to form a flavorful marinade.
Coat the Turkey
  1. Place the turkey thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let them sit for about 15 minutes to soak in the flavors.
Roast in the Oven
  1. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven. Roast for about 35 minutes.
Crisp it Up
  1. After 35 minutes, remove the foil and continue roasting for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Garnish and Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let the turkey rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with your favorite side dishes.

Notes

For best results, do not rush the marinating process. It enhances flavor and tenderness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
