- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure a perfectly crispy crust.
- Roll out your pizza crust onto a baking sheet or pizza stone, making it thicker around the edges if desired.
- Spread a layer of refried beans evenly over the pizza crust.
- Pour salsa over the layer of refried beans and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the salsa.
- Add diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, and jalapeños if using.
- Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes after baking, then add shredded lettuce, sour cream, and chopped cilantro on top.
- Cut the pizza into slices and serve.
