Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Baking
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
Saucing
- While the meatballs are baking, heat the barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Toss the cooked meatballs in the warm sauce right before serving.
Serving
- Serve the meatballs hot, garnished with fresh herbs or extra sauce as desired.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven. Uncooked meatballs can be frozen for up to 3 months.
