- Spoon the seasoned beef mixture over the refried beans, then pour the salsa on top.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and slightly browned.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Serve with crispy tortilla chips.
