  • 1 piece bell pepper, chopped (any color)
  • 1 piece onion, chopped

Preparation
  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Chop your bell peppers and onions, and measure out the pineapple, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, and ginger.
Layering
  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot. Layer the chopped onions and bell peppers over the chicken, and then add the pineapple chunks.
Mixing Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, minced garlic, and ginger until well combined.
Combining
