Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut your cauliflower into evenly sized florets.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey or maple syrup, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl; toss until they are well-coated.
Baking
- Lay out the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they don’t overlap.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Serving
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. For longer storage, freeze but be aware it might lose some crispiness.
