  • 1 head head of cauliflower, cut into florets Ensure the florets are evenly sized for uniform baking.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Substitutions: agave syrup can also be used.
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha or favorite hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional Chopped green onions or cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut your cauliflower into evenly sized florets.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey or maple syrup, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl; toss until they are well-coated.
Baking
  1. Lay out the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  2. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes. For longer storage, freeze but be aware it might lose some crispiness.
