Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced Ensure strawberries are fresh for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice Adjust to taste if desired.
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple juice Can be substituted with mango or apple juice.
  • 1 cup club soda Add just before serving to maintain fizz.
  • Ice cubes For serving.
  • Mint leaves Optional garnish for extra color and flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly. Hull and slice them to release their juices.
  2. In a blender, add the sliced strawberries and orange juice. Blend until smooth, ensuring a nice, thick consistency.
  3. Optional: Strain the blended mixture to remove any pulp for a smoother drink.
  4. Pour the strained strawberry mixture into a large pitcher and stir in the pineapple juice. Mix until fully combined.
  5. Just before serving, slowly add in the club soda to introduce the bubbles. Give it a gentle stir to maintain the fizz.
  6. In a tall glass, add ice cubes, pour the mocktail mixture, and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, covered. Keep fruit puree and juices separate for freshness until serving. Add sweetness with honey or agave syrup if desired.
