Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries and peaches thoroughly. Remove the stems from the strawberries, and dice them into small, bite-sized pieces.
  2. Peel the peaches before dicing.
  3. Finely chop the red onion and fresh cilantro.
Mixing
  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced strawberries, diced peaches, chopped red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Squeeze the lime over the mixture.
  3. Add salt to taste and mix everything gently to blend the flavors.
Serving
  1. Let your salsa sit in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to mingle.
  2. Serve it up with your favorite chips or alongside grilled proteins.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Best eaten fresh as the fruits can become mushy.
