Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.
- In a food processor, add the strawberry cookies or biscuits and pulse until they form fine crumbs.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, melted unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and strawberry powder. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the crumb mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it evenly, ensuring it's packed tightly.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
- Remove from the oven and cool completely before using.
Notes
Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. Can be frozen for up to 3 months. To reheat, place in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
