Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, apple juice, and soy sauce.
- Toss the chicken wings in the marinade until thoroughly coated. For extra stickiness, let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.
Cooking
- Bake the wings in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- For an even stickier finish, remove wings, toss in remaining marinade, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.

- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve hot.
