  • to taste Pepper
  • for drizzling Olive oil

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) to ensure a perfectly crisp crust.
  2. If using a store-bought pizza crust, place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone. If making your own, roll it out to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Use a fork or spatula to mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pizza crust. Top with chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
  5. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top before baking.
Cooking
  1. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice it up and serve warm!

Notes

For variations, consider using different cheeses or substitute fresh spinach with sautéed or frozen spinach. Watch the pizza closely towards the end of baking to avoid burning.
