Preparation
  1. If starting with raw chicken, grill or sauté it over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Dice into bite-sized pieces once cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing and toss until well coated.
Assembly
  1. In taco shells, layer the grilled chicken first, followed by the dressed romaine lettuce.
  2. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the lettuce, add croutons for crunch, and finish with black pepper to taste.
