Ingredients
  

Cheese Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Can be substituted with Greek yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Flavoring Ingredients
  • 1 can chopped jalapenos (4 oz)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spray or lightly grease the slow cooker insert with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until creamy.
  3. Stir in chopped jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Transfer the mixture into your slow cooker and spread it evenly.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, or until heated through and cheeses are melted and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Stir the dip and serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.

Notes

For best results, serve dip warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or slow cooker on low.
