- Rinse and trim your green beans, removing any strings or tough ends.
- In a large sauté pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cooking
- Once the oil is hot, add the green beans to the pan. Stir frequently and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they start to soften but remain crisp.

Notes
