Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for perfect crispiness.
  2. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into even-sized cubes for even cooking.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add optional spices if desired and mix well.
  4. Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Roast sweet potatoes in the oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden brown.
  2. Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For perfect results, don't overcrowd the baking sheet. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3–5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes to restore crispness.
