Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for perfect crispiness.
- Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into even-sized cubes for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add optional spices if desired and mix well.
- Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
Cooking
- Roast sweet potatoes in the oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden brown.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For perfect results, don't overcrowd the baking sheet. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3–5 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes to restore crispness.
