  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can be substituted with avocado oil.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 piece lemon Juice of one lemon is used.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  4. Squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken breasts.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.
  2. Put them in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. Once cooked, take the chicken out of the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve your Roasted Chicken Breast whole or sliced up, paired with your favorite sides.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the pan for crispy skin. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
