Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken breasts.
Cooking
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.
- Put them in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, take the chicken out of the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
Serving
- Serve your Roasted Chicken Breast whole or sliced up, paired with your favorite sides.
