Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into evenly-sized florets, approximately 1 to 2 inches in size.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through for even browning.
- Once golden and tender, remove the baking sheet from the oven.
Serving
- Allow to cool slightly before serving as a side or standalone dish.
