Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into evenly-sized florets, approximately 1 to 2 inches in size.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
  4. Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through for even browning.
  2. Once golden and tender, remove the baking sheet from the oven.
Serving
  1. Allow to cool slightly before serving as a side or standalone dish.

Notes

For best results, don't crowd the pan while roasting. Experiment with spices and toppings for a personalized touch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage.
