Preparation
  1. Start by cutting your ripe watermelon into cubes. You can use seedless watermelon to make this step easier.
  2. In a blender, combine the watermelon cubes and lemon juice. Blend until smooth, which should take about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove any pulp.
  4. Add sugar and water to the pitcher and stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved. Adjust sweetness as needed.
  5. Fill glasses with ice and pour the refreshing watermelon lemonade over the top. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  6. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your refreshing drink!

Notes

For the ultimate refreshing drink, chill your glasses in the freezer before serving. If making ahead, store lemonade in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze in ice cubes for later use.
