Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and dry using a salad spinner or kitchen towels.
  2. Slice the strawberries and crumble the feta cheese.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, start with the fresh spinach as your base. Add the sliced strawberries, crumbled feta, and chopped walnuts.
