Preparation
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the cubed chicken breast, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well-coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a little space between pieces.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
- If using the oven, bake for about 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Once cooked, sprinkle with grated Parmesan while still hot to allow melting.
Serving
- Let the skewers rest briefly before serving. Enjoy them straight off the grill or oven!
Notes
For variations, consider swapping ranch dressing for garlic or herb-infused options. Chicken thighs can also be used for juicier skewers.
