- Start by peeling the ripe bananas and slicing them into thin circles.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is mixed together smoothly.
- Take a serving dish or individual dessert cups. Start by adding a layer of the yogurt mixture to the bottom, followed by a layer of banana slices. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Finish with a generous sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs for that satisfying crunch.
- Place your pudding in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days. For longer storage, make the yogurt base without the bananas and freeze it; add sliced bananas when ready to serve. This pudding is meant to be served cold.
