Ingredients

Pizza Ingredients
  • 1 package pizza dough Ensure dough is Halal-certified.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Halal-friendly pepperoni, chopped Can substitute with turkey pepperoni or grilled chicken.
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For brushing on top.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Parmesan cheese, for topping (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it's hot enough for a crispy crust.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into 5-inch squares.
  3. Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square. Add chopped pepperoni and a teaspoon of pizza sauce on top.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the filling for extra flavor.
  5. Fold the corners of each square towards the center and pinch to seal tightly.
  6. Arrange the Pizza Bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and aromatic.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
