Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it's hot enough for a crispy crust.
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into 5-inch squares.
- Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square. Add chopped pepperoni and a teaspoon of pizza sauce on top.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder over the filling for extra flavor.
- Fold the corners of each square towards the center and pinch to seal tightly.
- Arrange the Pizza Bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and aromatic.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze in freezer-safe bags for up to 2 months. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
