  2. In a bowl, combine the pink salt and water. Stir until the salt is mostly dissolved. If using any herbs or spices, add them at this stage for flavor.
Cooking
  1. Pour the saltwater mixture into a shallow dish or pan and bring it to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Place your choice of protein or vegetable in the pan, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.
