Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut optional

Method

Preparation
  1. Begin by draining the crushed pineapple thoroughly to avoid excess moisture. Place it in a mixing bowl once drained.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix with a cup of cold milk. Stir until you achieve a smooth consistency (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Add the prepared pudding to the bowl with the crushed pineapple. Mix gently until well combined, ensuring a fluffy texture is maintained.
  4. Carefully fold in the whipped topping and mini marshmallows, incorporating them evenly without deflating the mixture.
  5. If you love coconut, fold in the shredded coconut for an added tropical flair.
  6. Transfer the Pineapple Fluff to a serving dish or individual cups and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

For variations, try different flavored pudding mixes like coconut or pistachio. Make a few hours in advance or overnight for optimal flavor and texture. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
