Preparation
- In a bowl or a mason jar, mix together the rolled oats, chia seeds (if using), and a pinch of salt.
- Pour in the milk and stir until nicely combined. Add the peanut butter and jelly, mixing well.
- If using banana, add the sliced pieces to the mixture.
- Cover your bowl or jar, and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
- When ready to eat, stir well and add toppings if desired.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Can be frozen, but might change texture. Reheat in the microwave, adding a splash of milk if too thick.
