  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar Adjust to taste.

For the crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Provides a crunchy texture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with peanut butter. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy and well combined.
  3. Gradually fold in the graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed in the mixture.
  4. Scoop out small portions and roll the mixture into balls about the size of a tablespoon. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
  6. For optional chocolate coating, melt chocolate chips and dip each chilled ball before returning them to the parchment-lined sheet to cool.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer shelf life. To avoid cracks while shaping, wet hands slightly before rolling. For nut-free option, try sun butter instead of peanut butter.
