  1. Make sure your cream cheese is softened (let it sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with 1 cup of powdered sugar until smooth using a hand mixer.
  3. Sprinkle in the 1 cup of chocolate pudding mix, and gradually add 2 cups of milk. Mix until you achieve a thick, creamy consistency.
  4. Gently fold in the tub of whipped topping until well combined.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Notes
