Ingredients

Filling
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken breast, shredded mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the biscuit or pizza dough into small circles, about 4 inches in diameter.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle. Be careful not to overstuff.
  5. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
Baking
  1. Place the sealed bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
Serving
  1. Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with extra ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce!

Notes

For a flavorful twist, add chopped vegetables like bell peppers or spinach into the filling. To store leftovers, let them cool completely, then place them in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 2 months.
