Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken breast, shredded mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the biscuit or pizza dough into small circles, about 4 inches in diameter.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken and cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle. Be careful not to overstuff.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
Baking
- Place the sealed bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
