Preparation

- Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber, and thinly slice the red onion.
Assembly
- Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and Kalamata olives to the bowl with the mixed greens.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the vegetable mix.
Dressing and Serving
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving.
- Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients evenly and serve immediately, or refrigerate to let flavors meld.
