Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Take your wheel of Brie cheese and place it on a parchment-lined baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, chopped pecans, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Pour the pecan and maple mixture over the Brie wheel.
Baking
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is soft and gooey.
- Let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving with fresh fruit, crackers, or a charcuterie spread.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
