Preparation
  1. Prepare the crust: Place the pre-made tart crust in a tart or pie dish and set aside.
  2. Mix the mango filling: In a mixing bowl, combine diced mangoes, sugar, and lime juice. Gently stir in cornstarch until well-coated.
  3. Add vanilla: Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Fill the crust: Pour the mango mixture into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
  5. Chill: Cover the tart with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, until the filling has set.
  6. Serve: Slice the Mango Tart into wedges and serve with a dollop of whipped cream.

Notes

To store your Mango Tart, keep it covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It can also be frozen in individual slices. When reheating, let it come to room temperature instead of using the microwave.
