Preparation
- In a medium bowl, mix the orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and fresh cilantro until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours for a more intense flavor.
Cooking
- While the chicken is marinating, heat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and allow excess marinade to drip off. Place chicken on the preheated grill.
- Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
If you're out of cilantro, you can swap in parsley for a similar fresh note. If short on time, a quick 15-minute marinade will still add flavor, but longer marinating yields juicier results.
