  • 2 cups cold brew coffee
  • 1 cup heavy cream Whipped until fluffy
  • 1 cup cream cheese Softened
  • 1/4 cup sweetener Like erythritol or stevia
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 pre-made keto pie crust

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place your pre-made keto pie crust in the fridge to chill while preparing the filling.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese and sweetener together until smooth without lumps.
  3. Gradually add the heavy cream and mix on medium speed until fluffy and holding peaks.
  4. Pour in the cold brew coffee and vanilla extract, mix until well combined.
  5. Spoon the coffee filling into the chilled pie crust, smoothing it out.
  6. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Once chilled, slice and serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For ingredient substitutions, consider using monk fruit or allulose as sweeteners. Avoid over-mixing after adding cold brew to maintain fluffiness. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
