Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 lb beef strips
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced Feel free to mix colors!
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the chicken breast and beef strips, and have all your other ingredients ready to go.
Cooking the Meat
  1. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken strips, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 5-6 minutes until they are golden.
  2. Next, add the beef strips, cooking until well browned—in about an additional 5 minutes.
Assembling the Pizza
  1. On a large baking tray, spread the cooked chicken and beef mixture evenly. Drizzle the ranch dressing all over the top of the meat, making sure it covers everything nicely.
  2. Sprinkle the sliced bell peppers and mushrooms over the ranch-drenched meat.
  3. Top generously with mozzarella cheese.
Baking
  1. Place the prepared pizza in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
Serving
  1. Once ready, remove it from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve. Enjoy your homemade Keto Chicken Beef Strips Ranch Pizza Delight with family or friends!

Notes

If you're out of ranch dressing, feel free to make your own with yogurt and herbs! You can also swap mozzarella for cheddar or feta for a twist. Ensure to keep an eye on the baking time, as ovens vary. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months. Reheat in the oven for best texture.
