  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce Adjust to taste for heat.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles Optional, can be substituted with feta.
Garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
  3. Optional: Fold in the blue cheese crumbles.
  4. Mix everything until well incorporated and creamy.
  5. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
  2. Carefully remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  3. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 15 minutes or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
