Preparation
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure a nice sear. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until bubbling.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet, cooking for about 6-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip the chicken over and add in the minced garlic. Cook for an additional 6-7 minutes, spooning the buttery garlic sauce over the chicken as it cooks.
- Ensure the chicken is cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Once done, remove from heat, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
Notes
For juicy chicken, cook on medium heat. Marinate for extra flavor, and avoid overcrowding the pan for a nice sear. Rest before slicing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes.
