Preparation

Mixing Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped veggies, sliced Kalamata olives, diced salami, and halved mozzarella balls. Toss gently to mix.
Dressing Preparation
- In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Combining and Serving
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Transfer the salad to a serving bowl or plates. Serve immediately or chill for half an hour.
Notes
Feel free to substitute salami with grilled chicken for a protein option. Dress the salad just before serving to maintain crispness.
