  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Can substitute with dark or white chocolate.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 1 cup marshmallows Can be toasted before serving.

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, blend the milk and heavy cream over medium heat. Stir gently until it's heated but not boiling.
  2. Once the milk mixture is warm, add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and stir continuously until they fully melt and integrate into the mixture.
  3. Sprinkle in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until everything is well combined for a smooth consistency.
  4. Transfer your Hot Chocolate Dip to a serving bowl and top generously with marshmallows.
  5. You can toast the marshmallows lightly under a broiler if you prefer a toasted flavor.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of dippables like pretzels, cookies, or fresh fruit.

Notes
