- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the hot breakfast sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula until it’s fully browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease if necessary.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed—it’s alright if a few lumps remain.
- Pour the cheesy sausage mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the dip is heated through.
