Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the cod fillets onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Generously brush the honey mixture over each of the cod fillets.
- Bake the coated fillets in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
You can substitute cod with halibut or tilapia, and be careful not to overcook the fish. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
