Preparation

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw peanuts, honey, salt, and vegetable oil. Stir until all peanuts are well coated.
Roasting
  1. Pour honey-coated peanuts onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out evenly.
  2. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes.
Cooling and Storage
  1. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the peanuts cool completely. They will harden as they cool.
  2. Transfer cooled peanuts to an airtight container for storage.
