- Remove the dried garlic from the oven and let it cool completely, then transfer the cloves to a spice grinder or high-quality blender and pulse until it forms a fine powder.
Storage
- Transfer the garlic powder into an airtight container or a spice jar, and store it in a cool, dark place.
