Combining Ingredients
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, tossing everything together to ensure the noodles are evenly coated.
- If needed, add a splash of the reserved pasta water for a silkier texture.
Seasoning and Serving
- Sprinkle in the chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss everything together once more and cook for an additional minute to heat through. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze the noodles for up to 2 months. When reheating, add a splash of water or broth to revive their texture.
