Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Choose plain or flavored yogurt depending on preference.
  • 1 cup protein powder Can use whey, pea, or any Halal-friendly option.
  • 1 cup fruits (fresh or frozen) Suggested fruits include berries, bananas, or mango.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Or use your preferred sweetener.
  • 1/2 cup milk Use dairy or non-dairy such as almond or oat milk.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, fruits, honey, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. You can leave some chunks of fruit if you prefer a bit of texture.
  2. Dip a spoon into the mixture to taste, adjusting sweetness if necessary. If it needs a little more zing, throw in a splash of lemon juice.
  3. Carefully pour the blended mixture into your popsicle molds. Leave a little space at the top as they might expand while freezing.
  4. If your molds require sticks, place them in now.
  5. Put your molds into the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until they’re completely frozen.
  6. When you’re ready to enjoy, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release the popsicles.

Notes

These popsicles can last in the freezer for up to 2 months. Store them in a sealed container or wrapped in plastic wrap if they’re not in molds. Allow to thaw for a minute at room temperature before enjoying.
