Preparation
- In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, fruits, honey, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. You can leave some chunks of fruit if you prefer a bit of texture.
- Dip a spoon into the mixture to taste, adjusting sweetness if necessary. If it needs a little more zing, throw in a splash of lemon juice.
- Carefully pour the blended mixture into your popsicle molds. Leave a little space at the top as they might expand while freezing.
- If your molds require sticks, place them in now.
- Put your molds into the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until they’re completely frozen.
- When you’re ready to enjoy, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release the popsicles.
Notes
These popsicles can last in the freezer for up to 2 months. Store them in a sealed container or wrapped in plastic wrap if they’re not in molds. Allow to thaw for a minute at room temperature before enjoying.
